'TheUnseenWorld's dream was to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Emanuele, 75. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our small family-operated eatery began with time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
Our initiator, Marco Rossi, acquired the craftsmanship of pizza creation while voyaging across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaioli in Naples—pizza's homeland. After coming back to the UK, she was devoted to reproducing the essence of original Italian pizza, selecting age-old techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Our once small 12-seater pizzeria has evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains staunch. We persist in employing traditional wood-fired ovens, daily fresh dough, and procuring the finest ingredients available.
Presently, 'TheUnseenWorld' is still under the family's care, with the succeeding Rossi generation at the helm, guiding our zealous staff. While we have adopted new technologies, the core ethos of our enterprise persists: forging delectable, authentic pizzas that bring together our community.
